I am a registered social worker and coach who has worked with individuals, couples, families and businesses for over 30 years. I help people recognize and use their own unique skills and wisdom to achieve and sustain their goals. I discovered coaching as a profession several years ago and view it as an exciting and natural addition to my practice.
I have worked and consulted with hospitals, family service agency, children's mental health programs, daycare facilities, schools and small businesses. Over the years I have supervised students and staff and enjoy the interaction which comes from both teaching and learning. I work collaboratively to help people overcome their fears, embrace the possibility of change and develop powerful supportive relationships. |
