About Gail

I am a registered social worker and coach who has worked with individuals, couples, families and businesses for over 30 years. I help people recognize and use their own unique skills and wisdom to achieve and sustain their goals. I discovered coaching as a profession several years ago and view it as an exciting and natural addition to my practice.

I have worked and consulted with hospitals, family service agency, children's mental health programs, daycare facilities, schools and small businesses. Over the years I have supervised students and staff and enjoy the interaction which comes from both teaching and learning. I work collaboratively to help people overcome their fears, embrace the possibility of change and develop powerful supportive relationships.

I received a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and a Masters of Social Work from Rutgers State University of New Jersey. I did coach training with the Institute of Life Coach Training (ILCT), Coachville and the Graduate School of Coaching and Executive Coach Training using the Peoplemap™ personality assessment.

I live in Toronto, Canada and am the proud mother of two wonderful adult children. In my free time I enjoy reading, theater, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
